Typically done in the spring, decorative flowerbed mulch is a great way to improve your home or commercial properties curb appeal. Mulch happens to be a good weed barrier and also helps hold moisture around plants. Topping up your clients mulch should be an annual spring event in order to keep weeds at bay and ensure optimal aesthetics.
Flowerbed mulching can be a tedious task when done by hand. Wheel barrows also cause unnecessary compaction on turf. Mulch blowing is soon to become the industry standard. We can apply as much of whatever coloured mulch you need in a very timely fashion, without you lifting a finger. Plus our hoses will leave your customers property undisturbed when the job is done unlike other alternatives.
Why have mulch delivered and spend hours shovelling?
When you place an order for mulch application, we’ll email you confirming a date and approximate time of install. Just make sure any beds are sufficiently prepared and we won’t need anything more from you.
Generally we begin in the farthest corner of the property and work toward the front. Back fences are no issue as we can go through the gate or even over it. Next we’ll fire up the blower and start carefully blowing mulch around plants and other obstacles, making sure not to bury them. 2” is the standard application rate however you’re welcome to request a thicker or thinner layer depending on preference.
Once all flowerbeds or desired surfaces are sufficiently and evenly covered we’ll pack up. The final step is pneumatic cleanup by leaf blower. We’ll ensure any edges, driveway, parking lot, walkways, deck, etc are clear of any dust or debris. Leaving your customer with a neat and tidy, freshly enhanced property.
